Angel joined MCDD in August 2022 as the Assistant Finance Manager, and in March 2024 took the role of Finance Manager. He manages the financial and administrative activities for the districts and maintains strong internal controls while providing efficient and effective solutions for conducting business activities. He has called Oregon / SW Washington his home for the last 27 years. He graduated from Portland State University and has over 20 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting field both in Private and Public organizations
