Nicholas joined the District in August 2025 as our Office Specialist. He provides administrative support for multiple departments, though most of his time is dedicated to the Operations team and staffing the front desk. He graduated from Western Oregon University with a B.S. in Community Health Education, then interned with Metro’s Council Office and the Willamette Falls Locks Authority. These opportunities deepened his interest in local government, waterways, and public safety. When he’s not at work, Nicholas splits his time between indoor and outdoor fun. He loves gardening, birding, and hiking, but also appreciates settling in with a good book, watching horror movies, and playing with his cat, Edgar.
