UFSWQD Board & Budget Committee Meetings

Public meetings of the Budget Committee and Board of the Urban Flood Safety & Water Quality District (UFSWQD) will convene via teleconference on March 16, 2023 from 1-3 pm for the purposes of receiving the Executive Director’s proposed budget and budget message for fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. The proposed budget will be available at www.urbanfloodsafetyor.gov/document-library This is a public meeting where deliberation of the budget committee will take place. Public comment will be taken during a subsequent meeting from 1-3 pm April 5, 2023. The purpose of the April meeting is to receive public comment and deliberate. Any person may listen to the meetings. Any member of the public who would like to submit comments may do so in writing, submitted to wlynn@mcdd.org or submitted via USPS, with a submission deadline of 4 pm Friday, March 24, 2023. Any member of the public who would like to submit verbal testimony, may do so by providing notice to wlynn@mcdd.org by 12 pm on Friday, March 31, 2023.
