The Urban Flood Safety & Water Quality District Board will meet following the Budget Committee meeting at 3pm March 20, 2025 via video conference and in person at District Offices, 1880 NE Elrod Drive, Portland, OR 97218. The agenda includes a review of District insurance coverage, and consideration of an update to the Local Contracting Review Board signature authority and a public testimony policy.
