MCDD Board Meeting & Executive Session

The Board of Supervisors for MCDD will meet on Tuesday June 18 at 1 pm via videoconference. The agenda includes consideration of an amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Port of Portland and approval of a debt distribution plan with the Urban Flood Safety and Water Quality District. The board will then meet in executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(i) and 192.660(8) to evaluate the performance of an employee. The public portion of the meeting will resume at approximately 2:25 pm to consider approval of the Executive Director’s employment contract.
