UFSWQD Special Board Meeting and Executive Session

This is a special meeting of the Urban Flood Safety & Water Quality District Board, rescheduled due to the Juneteenth holiday. The Board will meet at 3 pm via video conference and in person at District Offices, 1880 NE Elrod Drive, Portland, OR 97218. The agenda includes consideration of the FY 2025-26 budget, an intergovernmental agreement with the Port of Portland, the issuance of general obligation bonds, and a legislative update. The board will then meet in executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(i) and 192.660(8) to evaluate the performance of an employee. At the conclusion of the executive session, the board will resume public session and vote on the executive director’s contract.
