The Flood Safety District Board will hold an executive session in person at District Offices (1880 NE Elrod Dr., Portland, OR 97211) at 8:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 2:45 p.m. on April 10, 2026 under ORS 192.660(2)(a) – to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent – followed by a public meeting in person and via video conference. The public meeting will be to discuss the hiring of the District’s Executive Director. Representatives of the news media and designated staff are allowed to attend the executive session. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on or otherwise disclose any of the deliberations or anything said about this subject during the executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as announced.
