Francisca is the District’s public affairs and community engagement specialist. She most recently supported the City of Portland’s Ranked-Choice Voting voter education campaign and helped the City transition to a new form of government. She managed multilingual social media and website content, and led bilingual (Spanish and English) presentations across Portland to ensure Portlanders were ready to for the election. Outside of work, Francisca enjoys biking, ice skating, and photography.
